Venditalia 2022 in the starting blocks: our news

It is with great joy that after truly difficult periods for anyone, we announce the participation of Target Informatica in Venditalia 2022, which will finally be held from 11 to 14 May at the Milano City Fair.

For the twelfth time since 1998, we will present our Vending solutions and the entire suite of products from the GD Vending Solutions family, as always with juicy previews. In the past years Venditalia has been several times the opportunity to promote innovations in software of the sector: from first versions of the GDMap module with map management of the customer base and the possibility of comparing and optimizing daily routes, to 2012 when we presented the first Business Intelligence module dedicated to Vending until 2016 when we adopted the Android platform for our field solutions; to arrive at Venditalia 2018, where we presented the possibility of using our products in “Pay per Use” mode with a pay-as-you-go license (today it seems obvious... but it certainly wasn't like that four years ago!)

In addition to the introduction of dozens of functions and improvements, this time we decided to dedicate ourselves toUI update, aimed above all at increasing the usability of our products and updating the user experience, while significantly improving integration with PC and handheld operating systems and connecting the GD world to the latest cloud services in Information Technology.

To do this we have chosen important partners such as InfoCert SpA which in addition to electronic invoicing, will allow from within all the products of the GD Vending Solutions family sign digitally contracts, accounting reports for the AdE and any other document for tenders or similar. And to top it all, our users who will visit us at the fair, they will have the opportunity to obtain an electronic signature with a substantial discount!

Furthermore, thanks to the collaboration with the graphic studio Molly & Partners who took care of the design of the stand and our new website, we have updated the consolidated GD interface with the graphic sign of the times, inspired by the beautiful new Windows 11; many functions have been improved and made more accessible thanks to a simple search, just as it is now much easier to access their explanation, thanks to the new "Search and Go" feature that you can see in action at the fair.

In the meantime, here's a summary of the news of version 7.2A of Venditalia 2022:

New interface:

  • Aesthetics and look & feel of the products improved and updated to the most recent trends;
  • New "Search and Go" function which gives the possibility to access GD and GDAdmin functions, prints and exports by simply searching for one or more words and pointing directly to the corresponding menu function without having to open it. All integrated with information on the logic of the functions, thanks to the integrated search system in the manual and product documentation: with the immediacy of a click you have access to the function and its methods of use without wasting time, to find out and make the most of the functions offered by GD.
  • New help system and manual integrated into the product with a viewer contextualised to the operation/function being used

Remote signing:

  • Possibility to configure and use the remote signature functions directly from the PDF printout of contracts, counting reports and any other GD/GDAdmin document with the basic parameters that can be entered by the operators present in GD. To sign a document, the registered operator must enter his signature pin and confirm with the OTP which is sent to him as a text message on his mobile phone or via app.

GDMobile for Android:

  • Possibility of collecting the customer's (graphic) signature directly on the touch screen of the PDA to certify suspended orders and deliveries, with immediate sending of everything to the customer and to a company inbox
  • Possibility to call customers and their contact persons and also colleagues in the field directly from GDMobile by telephone with one click
  • Improvements to the management of messages and confirmation receipts via GDMessenger to completely automate the conversation with operators, technicians and salespeople in the field and track the execution of any type of intervention (requires additional GD WebEx module)
  • Possibility of locating the site on Google Maps on your handheld/phone and pointing to it directly with one click

New functions in the office for logistics, monitoring, counting

  • New alarms to monitor everything of interest in the company and keep its vital parameters under control, with the further possibility of configuring, in the presence of significant changes in the alarms, the sending of an email to the most appropriate recipient among the operator records in GD.
  • Automatic interfacing with suppliers of external counting services for those who wish to partially or completely outsource counting services without the need to carry out manual operations on site.
  • Use of the new Cashlogy electronic cash devices to manage banknotes, particularly useful for managing OCS collections in a safe and automated manner
  • Management of actual appointment requests with daily, weekly and monthly planning to organize all extra refueling activities
  • Improvement of the Telemetry server which allows the transparent integration into GD of the main telemetry systems on the market, with the possibility of redirecting specific pre-alarms/faults directly to one or more area operators/technicians by integrating with the GD WebEx where available
  • Possibility of inserting specific activities carried out on actual and potential customers through CRM campaigns and having immediate evidence of them when they call having all the operational data available
