CRMGDCode <\/strong>is a new feature available in the module GD WebEx<\/strong> by GD Gestione Distributori which, through the printing of simple labels with QR Code, allows your customers to report any problems with the distributors, such as product shortages, malfunctions, but also other marketing communications via standard CRM code<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By CRMGDCode<\/strong> you will be able to create, modify, print simple personalized labels showing the problem to be reported of which your customer can simply read the QR Code with any smartphone and report the problem with a click<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The customer can write a note if he wants<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The customer does not have to install anything, just press a button

No personal customer data are sent automatically<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, mandatory or non-mandatory contact details may be requested <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can use the label printer you have, with basic white or customized labels<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The reports are received and managed in the company via the GD WebEx module and the CRM functions of GD Gestione Distributori linked to the organization of the tours<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For our users who already own GD WebEx, the upgrade will be available as part of the support contract<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CRMGDCode is available on our e-commerce site<\/a> <\/a>for an unlimited number of labels or QR Codes with a subscription monthly fee of \u20ac50.00 + VAT<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can then choose whether to continue printing, manage only the labels or also, via\u00a0CRMCode <\/strong><\/strong>\u00a0standard how many contacts you have responded to per month you want to manage, to then import into\u00a0GD Distributor Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
